You also handle all other questions and requests from our guests, you answer the telephone and e-mail, you take care of the administrative processes for the Front and Back Office, you accept and process room reservations and you guarantee safety in the hotel. hotel. WHAT MAKES YOU SUCH A GOOD FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYEE?
  • You have work experience at a Front Office within the hotel industry.
  • With your guest-oriented attitude you know how to pamper our guests.
  • You are able to work a shift independently.
  • You are flexible in working hours and are available on weekends and holidays.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English and preferably another language.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS? That's a great advantage!
